I found the breakfast options first class. The staff was very helpful. They were pleasant too. I also appreciated the hotel location. It took me a day to realize its convenience. The hotel staff remembered my drink order each morning. That was a nice touch.

The old-fashioned key and its bulky keyring felt awkward to use. I think a modern keycard system would be better.

The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast. It was hot and fresh each morning. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The location is near the city center. I found many places within walking distance. I appreciated having street parking available. I got lucky and found a spot right out front.

The bathroom had dim lighting. The plug points were floor level.

I encountered issues . the air conditioning unit emitted an unpleasant odor. additionally, the shower exhibited mold around the door and grout. i found dirt in the corners of the room. It was a letdown.

The staff was genuinely helpful. One employee provided a city map with recommendations upon check-in, which i found very useful. The daily complimentary lemonade was a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room worked very effectively. It maintained a cool temperature.

The key to the room had a large keyring, and i found it a little awkward to use.

The rooms were super clean and cozy with amenities in great condition. Shutters on the windows were helpful for blocking sunlight and keeping the room cool. The bathroom and shower were also quite nice.

Staff members were very kind and informative upon arrival. Reception staff and breakfast room staff were friendly throughout my entire stay. Staff members quickly addressed any questions or concerns i had, and they were very kind.

The hotel is very central, and it provides easy access to the main square. Many different restaurants populate every street nearby, giving several options. I did note the steep incline up to the hotel.
